RE: HARNESS BATTIES CAP MISSING DURING THE BRAVE COMBAT TEAM OUTFIELD TRAINING

i, S8620965i PTE XU SHIHUI have the following to report

The outfield training was dated 110308 - 130308. Before the outfield begun i was told to secured my harness battery cap by hand. In order to fully secure the harness battery cap fully a special tool was needed but it wasn't provided to me.

During our field training it did not occur to me the cap will drop off. I found out my cap went missing when i took off my LBV when digging shell-scrape during the delay mission training. Through out the mission me did a lot of bashing through vegetation.

I immediately told my section commander 3rd SGT LIM JUN MING when i found out the cap was missing. I did search for the cap around the area but to no avail.

that is all I have to say.
